No Win No FeeWe are so confident that we can achieve succesful outcomes for the people whose claims we manage that we work on a no win no fee basis.From the day you give us authority to act on your behalf, by signing our 'authority form', we will work to reclaim your money from your lender. Only when that claim is succesful do we charge a fee. The only money we will ask you to send us is £10 for a 'data access request' which is paid to your lender in order to retrieve information about how they sold you the loan. If we do not need to use this the cheque, it will be returned to you. The fee structure is simple. We charge 25% of the total sum reclaimed plus VAT. Once you have accepted the amount offered by your lender a cheque for full and final payment is sent to us. As soon as the funds are cleared we deduct our fee and send the balance to you. So if you are awarded £5000 our fee would be £5000 x 25% = £1,250 plus £187.50 (VAT @ 15% ) = £1437.50. If the claim is unsuccessful we do not charge a fee. |
